The story begins with a move. Having left Paris after 10 years of marketing, Annabel couldn’t ever imagine her name would become a brand in decorative home accessories. Having her children gave her the impulse to create for them. An ice cream cone rattle, then a dragonfly mobile… As her kids grew, her “casual creations” were extended to the whole family, combining aesthetic with daily objects.
When Annabel was a child, she used to play at shops in makeshift playhouses where she enjoyed mixing coloured balls of wool from her mother’s stash. During spring time, nature drove her to create perfumes. During winter, drawing occupied her for hours. She watched her grandfather and then her father run their own businesses with passion. This childhood definitely fed her creative wish to go into business for herself.
The poetry of an object, beautiful illustrations and the softness of natural textiles such as cotton gauze or cotton twill are the essence of her brand around products manufactured in limited series.
Located in Provence, she found trusted partners whose know-how has been recognised for more than 20 years. Disabled people are also invested in her project, and she is very proud of this. Impeccable taste and a standard of quality craftsmanship are at the heart of her business.
