Question What are my payment options?
AnswerWe currently offer payments by Credit Card (Visa, Master Card and American Express), Paypal or Direct Bank Transfer.

NB – Our website has SSL certification which means that all your details and payment details are secure

Question What currencies can I pay in and how is the exchange rate calculated?
AnswerThe default currency is Swiss Francs, but you can pay in Euros, US Dollars or GB Pounds Sterling. The rate of exchange is kept up to date and calculated by Yahoo Finance.
Question How long will my delivery take?
AnswerWe ship goods out same or next working day. Delivery times depend on your destination and the type of shipping you choose.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Priority – 1 to 2 days
Economy – 2 to 3 days

Europe
Priority – 7 to 14 days
Economy – 10 to 20 days

Rest of World
Priority – 10 to 15 days
Economy – 15 to 21 days

Please note that parcels can sometimes get stuck in customs. Little Mooshoo are not responsible for this added time delay or for any customs costs incurred.

Question How will my order be packed?
AnswerOur packages are sent out with utmost care. We want you to feel like you are getting a package from your favourite Auntie so we always include a little card with a personalised message and quite frankly we love our colourful little packaging bags!
Question What happens if I want to return my products?
AnswerWe have a no fuss 14 day return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us by e-mail on info@littlemooshoo.com within 7 days of receiving the goods. Once you have received a confirmation e-mail from us please make sure you ship them back to us within the 14 day period. NB – We can only accept items that have not been worn, used or altered. We strongly recommend that you use registered post because we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged items. Items returned after the 14 day period or received damaged in any way will be not be refunded.
Question What happens if I want to exchange my products?
AnswerIf you would like to exchange an item for a different colour or size, please e-mail us at info@littlemooshoo.com. If we have the article in the size or colour that you want we will gladly exchange it, if not, please see our returns information. You will have to pay for the cost of sending the goods to us but we will pay for the shipping back to you.

What happens if I don't receive my goods?

This has never actually happened but in the event of goods not arriving Little Mooshoo cannot accept liability for this. We have proof of shipment for all goods sent out and advise people to opt for recorded delivery to ensure that orders can be tracked.
